Call (888) 627-8405Please note: Registrants are responsible for their own hotel room reservations. We strongly urge you to make reservations early; discounted rooms are limited.
If you are calling to reserve a room and speaking with the reservations clerk, be sure to say that your room rate is per NCEO or NCEO 2017 in order to receive our special conference room rate of $189 for a single or a double room. Rates are guaranteed, if rooms in our block are still available, through March 17, 2017, but keep in mind that historically, this conference has sold out sleeping rooms as far out as 6 weeks prior to the conference dates. After sell out, reservations will be accepted on a space-and-rate-available basis. As of February 6, 2017, we still have rooms at the Sheraton, but they are about 88% sold out, so we suggest you reserve your room soon.
Reserving a room in the conference block helps the conference keep costs down. The more hotel rooms in the conference hotel occupied by attendees, the lower the overall charges to the NCEO for food and beverage, meeting room space, and other essentials, thus allowing us to continue to keep registration fees affordable. As of February 10, 2017, the Sheraton is sold out. You can check back with them from time to time to see if there have been cancellations. They will continue to fill our block if there are cancellations until March 17, when they are no longer contractually obligated to do so. See Overflow Hotels, below, for more hotel rooms being added.
March 20, 2017 Update
We had rooms held at conference rates at four overflow locations. As of March 20, these hotels are now SOLD OUT.
However, the Holiday Inn Express may be able to open up a few more rooms later this week, please check back here for an update. If price is not a concern, you can try calling the Sheraton to see if they have had any cancellations, but they will offer you a much higher rate at this point in time. We suggest trying online hotel discounter websites like Hotels.com, Expedia.com, etc. for more downtown hotel rooms nearby. There are rooms still advertised at similar rates.

Avoid Hotel Fraud
Almost three-quarters of conference organizers report that hotel scammers have approached their attendees. These "pirates" will claim to make a reservation on your behalf and take your credit card information, but you may find yourself without a room and out of pocket. The NCEO has not authorized anyone to contact sponsors and attendees about lodging, so if someone contacts you by phone or email or refers you a Website to make "reservations," please forward the information to us. To make your hotel reservations at the Sheraton Downtown Denver, use only the link or phone number supplied above or in our conference brochure.
