On Monday, April 7, we will conduct the three in-depth preconference sessions listed below. These sessions require separate registration (they are not included in registration for the main conference, and you need not register for the main conference to attend one). Register on the registration page. There is limited seating available for these sessions. The sessions take place at the same time, so each individual who wishes to attend must choose only one preconference session. After these sessions, there will be an informal meet and greet for all conference attendees.
This half-day session will provide both an overview of issues and examples of best practices and decision-making strategies as well as examining many different forms of compensation in privately held companies. Attendees will learn about building effective base and incentive pay systems for everyone at your company, including executives.
