About This Meeting

This Webinar looks at two important issues. First, the issue of how a company sets up and operates a system to get employees more involved in making decisions about their own jobs by focusing on a specific company. This Webinar also looks at the issue of how a company can effectively communicate its ESOP by focusing on a specific company. Both an expert in the field and someone from the case study companies will make presentations. By looking in-depth at the case studies, attendees can walk through the entire process from plan design to roll-out and implementation, looking at what went right--and what went wrong.
