About This Meeting
Companies are increasingly turning to performance-based plans for their executives. Shareholders, politicians and the media love these plans. Companies are having a harder time finding a consistent love affair with them. Design, Communication, Administration and reporting concerns are compounded by an unpredictable and volatile market.Learn how performance equity can be a safer bet than time-based equity in stormy times. Find out how absolute and relative metrics can be used to calm the waters, while driving performance.
If you have specific questions regarding performance-based equity send them to our presenter, Dan Walter (dwalter@performensation.com) and he will try and incorporate your answers into his presentation.
