About This Meeting
Creating value through process improvement is a natural and integral element of creating a culture of ownership. Establishing confidence in the ESOP through ESOP communications and education is a necessary first step in building trust and engagement, so that a critical mass of the workforce understands that the ESOP is real, meaningful, and inspiring. Having achieved that, the next big question that exists in the workforce is, "How do we create a better company and how can I contribute to increasing the value of the ESOP?" This webinar will detail how the basic techniques of process improvement strategies have been utilized to "operationalize" ownership culture by:- Organizing the workforce as a critical resource in increasing the rate of improved organizational performance;
- Developing new leadership capacity;
- Developing ownership, not only of problems, but ownership of solutions as well.
