Jeffrey S. Buettner

Jeffrey S. Buettner is a director in the valuation & financial opinions group at
Stout Risius Ross, Inc (SRR). His concentration is in ESOP and ERISA advisory services. Jeffrey has more than ten years of experience performing valuations and financial advisory services for a variety of purposes, including employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) transactions and annual ESOP updates, fairness opinions, solvency opinions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate planning, post-acquisition purchase price allocation, business and security interest valuations, and financial restructuring. Jeffrey has significant experience in performing analyses for a broad array of industries. Prior to joining SRR, Jeffrey was a senior associate with a national valuation firm and an associate in the corporate value consulting division of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP (now part of Duff & Phelps, LLC). In these roles, Jeffrey performed, supervised, and executed numerous valuation, financial advisory, and litigation consulting engagements. Jeffrey is a member of the NCEO,The ESOP Association, and is a frequent presenter at local, regional, and national conferences.
George F. Cicotte
The Cicotte Law Firm
George founded the Cicotte Law Firm, LLC in 2002. He has practiced law as an ERISA attorney since 1995, serving clients throughout the U.S. George's practice involves diverse issues including health and retirement plan design, health reform planning and compliance, labor relations, federal taxation, and advising on a myriad of employment and fiduciary responsibility issues. George began his employee benefits career in 1989 as a pension actuary with what is now Aon-Hewitt.
