Jeffrey has more than ten years of experience performing valuations and financial advisory services for a variety of purposes, including employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) transactions and annual ESOP updates, fairness opinions, solvency opinions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate planning, post-acquisition purchase price allocation, business and security interest valuations, and financial restructuring. Jeffrey has significant experience in performing analyses for a broad array of industries. Prior to joining SRR, Jeffrey was a senior associate with a national valuation firm and an associate in the corporate value consulting division of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP (now part of Duff & Phelps, LLC). In these roles, Jeffrey performed, supervised, and executed numerous valuation, financial advisory, and litigation consulting engagements.
