WEBINAR REPLAY

Don't Do That With Your ESOP

About This Meeting

ESOPs benefit employees, sellers, and the organization's bottom line -- in most companies. From time to time, mistakes with an ESOP have caused legal problems for the company, personal loss to plan fiduciaries, and damaged morale. This session will cover a variety of "anti-case studies" and discuss different ways companies can avoid problems before they arise.NCEO Webinar replays are the recorded version of our live ESOP Webinars, using PowerPoint presentations viewed online. To purchase a twelve-month subscription providing unlimited access to all recorded ESOP Webinars, including this one, follow this link. (Replays are not available for individual purchase.)

This replay was recorded on September 18, 2012.
