Tom Miller is founder and president of The VisionLink Advisory Group. His background includes 34 years of advising both private and public companies on the adoption of compensation and benefits programs. During that time, he built three successful companies: a compensation consulting firm, a benefits administration firm, and a registered investment advisory firm. He currently directs design projects for many of VisionLink's clients and is fully versed in all areas of executive compensation and benefits. Tom's experience advising hundreds of companies over his career has made him a much sought after speaker for a variety of industry meetings.
