This is the only professional journal in the U.S. devoted to employee ownership. Published quarterly by the NCEO, the Journal contains a variety of stimulating articles exploring the legal, financial, and other issues surrounding employee ownership in a manner accessible to both the layperson and the specialist. Back Issues

You can buy an (incomplete) set of back issues or buy individual issues. Please note that although much of our best material first appears in the Journal, (1) many Journal articles end up in our books, where they are revised and updated as time goes on, and (2) many of our book chapters never appear in the Journal in the first place, so don't assume that something you see in the back issue list is the most current or comprehensive material we publish on a given topic.
