How to join as a member: If you are not already a member but decide to join now, you can do so during checkout simply by selecting the appropriate box when you are asked whether you are a member.
Shipping: You will choose your shipping method during checkout. There is no shipping cost for membership, subscriptions, meetings, Webinars, or training and educational programs. For books or DVDs, etc., ground shipping in the U.S. is $5.00 for the first book and $1.00 for each additional item. For certain small booklets, it is $0.10 for each one, except that in all cases there is a minimum shipping charge of $5.00 per order. Your current total for U.S. ground shipping is $0.00. Outside the U.S., we charge the exact shipping cost plus a $10 handling surcharge. FedEx Express shipping is available for both U.S. and non-U.S. orders; we charge the actual cost.
Tax: If you are in the state of California, sales tax, where applicable, will be added during checkout.
