Shipping: You will choose your shipping method during checkout. There is no shipping cost for membership, subscriptions, meetings, Webinars, digital publications, or training and educational programs. For books or DVDs, etc., ground shipping in the U.S. is $5.00 for the first book and $1.00 for each additional item. For certain small booklets, it is $0.10 for each one, except that in all cases there is a minimum shipping charge of $5.00 per order. Your current total for U.S. ground shipping is $0.00. Outside the U.S., we charge the exact shipping cost plus a $10 handling surcharge. FedEx Express shipping is available for both U.S. and non-U.S. orders; we charge the actual cost.
Tax: If you are in the state of California, sales tax, where applicable, will be added during checkout.
Note: After about 4.5 hours of inactivity (meaning not changing your cart or browsing the NCEO site), your shopping cart will empty.
