This day-and-a-half program brings together leading ESOP experts from around the country to provide a practical, step-by-step guide to determining if an ESOP works for you, and, if it does, how to set it up to make it work best. The session is strictly educational; speakers focus on the issues, not on selling you on their services. You'll also have ample opportunity to talk with other attendees and to work through individual concerns one-on-one with experts.

The meeting will be held at the Embassy Suites Hotel-St. Louis Downtown, 901 North First Street, St. Louis, MO,, 63102 (phone 314-241-4200). Special sleeping room rates of $129 for a single or double are available for attendees. Rate includes a full cooked-to-order breakfast and manager’s reception.To reserve a room at this rate, please call the hotel prior to February 20, 2006. Please mention the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO) when making reservations. The hotel is only two blocks from Metrolink transportation. On site parking is available for attendees for $10/day.
NCEO members: $275 per person. If you are not an NCEO member but join now ($80 for 1 year), you will receive the member rate.
Nonmembers: $315 per person. If you register 2 or more people at the nonmember rate, you will receive a complimentary 1-year NCEO membership.

Late fee: If you do not register online, a late fee of $35 per attendee will apply if you register after March 1, 2006.
Cancellation policy: A full refund will be issued, less a $50 administration fee, if request is received prior to February 20, 2006. Cancellations after that date and prior to our guarantee date of March 7, 2006, will be eligible for credit towards another NCEO program or publication, minus a $50 administration fee. After this date, no refunds or credit will be issued.

This workshop offers 6 hours of CPE credit. The material is basic level. No prerequisites or advanced preparation is needed.
