Tools for Effective ESOP Communication

This meeting is sold out. Contact NCEO Seminar Director Colleen Kearney (CKearney@nceo.org) if you have questions.

Is your ESOP communication all you would like it to be? Are you looking for better ways to help people understand the potential of this benefit? This hands-on seminar will provide you with time-tested and effective techniques for doing just that. Unlike most seminars that are just a series of people telling you what to do, participants will have a chance to "test-drive" proven interactive communication tools. You'll learn the basics of communication from the experts, and also participate in a variety of presentations, exercises, training tools, and games you can take directly back to your company. These exercises generate excitement, engage people in active learning, and teach lessons that people remember.

Participants will learn to identify legal requirements for what needs to be communicated when, and create an effective business literacy program, and identify specific techniques for explaining an ESOP to employees.
