ESOP Committees (Part 1)

Prerecorded Webinar

This two-part Webinar is designed for companies planning to set up an employee committee to support ESOP communication, education, and employee involvement. The first session is intended for companies that have not yet created their committees and will cover key design questions, early committee tasks, and thoughts from a company that set up a successful committee. The second session will follow on August 19, 2008 to support companies after they have dealt with some of the early challenges of establishing their committees. Participants will be able to share questions and challenges in advance and rely on their peers and experts with broad experience to find effective solutions to their challenges.
