ESOP Valuation: From the Basics to Advanced Issues

Prerecorded Webinar

This two-part Webinar begins with the basics of valuation: what are the key terms and ideas? What are the core valuations methods? What responsibilities do ESOP companies have related to the valuation process? We will also introduce a case study and gather questions that we will follow up in the second session. The second session will build on the themes and cases started in the first session and extend them. The main topics for the second session include the second-stage transaction and the role of valuations in offers to purchase your company.
