Standard Shipping: Within the U.S., FedEx Ground (1-5 days transit time) at a cost of $5 for the first book and $1 for each additional book; booklet shipping charges are about 10% of that. Outside the U.S., we use Global Priority Mail or whatever else is available and charge the exact shipping cost plus a $10 handling surcharge. (There is no shipping charge for Journal subscriptions.)
FedEx Express: Standard Overnight service in the U.S. and International Priority service outside the U.S. You pay the actual shipping cost. FedEx Express orders received by 1 p.m. West Coast Time (U.S.) on a weekday are processed and shipped that day, except when we are closed for a holiday.
