NCEO Industry Networks

The best insight into your company comes from other people in your industry. The NCEO can help ESOP companies from the same economic sector network with each other so they can share best practices in communications, business operations, plan design, employee education, management techniques, plan administration, assessment, ownership culture, employee involvement, and other topics network members want to pursue.

The form of these networks will depend on the interest of members and may include: online meetings, document sharing, email distribution lists, customized Webinars with industry-specific content, joint commission of an employee survey to compare ownership culture among network members, and virtual or actual company tours.
