Henry S. Givray, President and CEO, SmithBucklin Corporation

Henry Givray previously worked for SmithBucklin, the world's largest association management and professional services company, from 1983 to 1996. Since his return as CEO in 2002, SmithBucklin has shattered every performance record from the previous 62 years. In 2005, he led the transfer of the company’s ownership from financial investors to employees. SmithBucklin’s ESOP allows every employee an equal opportunity to acquire ownership in the company. Mr. Givray is a dedicated, ongoing student of leadership, committed to speaking and writing as a way to teach and give back. In addition to authoring several published articles, his thoughts on leadership and culture have been prominently cited in various books.
