*Note: To qualify for the academic rate, you must be a full-time academic (student or faculty member with current ID) not employed in the business sector. For example, businesspeople who happen to be taking classes or teaching a course, or professors who are attending because they have a sideline in consulting, are NOT eligible for the academic rate. Also, you must provide a copy of your current student or faculty identification when requested.

(2) Preconference Sessions

On Tuesday, April 24, there will be two preconference sessions, "Compensation Issues for Privately Held Companies" and "People and Policies in Employee-Owned Companies." Please note: You can register for a preconference session whether or not you register for the conference itself, but since the preconference sessions take place at the same time, any given person can only attend one preconference session.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund will be issued by the NCEO, minus a $50 administrative fee, if the cancellation request is received in writing (e-mail OK) by the close of business on April 3, 2012. Cancellations made after April 3, 2012 and before the close of business on April 18, 2012, will not be eligible for a cash refund but will be eligible for credit toward another program, minus a $50 administrative fee. After our payment guarantee date of April 18, 2012, no refunds or credits will be issued.

Cancellation for Preconference Sessions: For either preconference session scheduled for Tuesday, April 24, 2012, a full refund will be issued by the NCEO, minus a $25 administrative fee, if the cancellation request is received in writing or by email no later than close of business on April 3, 2012. Cancellations made after April 3, 2012 and before the close of business on April 18, 2012, will not be eligible for a cash refund, but will be eligible for credit towards another program, minus a $25 administrative fee. After our payment guarantee date of April 18, 2012, no refunds or credits for preconference sessions will be issued.
