Resources on Equity Compensation Plans
Equity compensation plans include stock options, employee stock purchase plans (ESPPs), restricted stock, restricted stock units, phantom stock, stock appreciation rights (SARs), direct stock grants, performance shares, and similar vehicles. Publications
We are the leading publisher worldwide on employee ownership, and many of our titles deal with equity compensation. Some of them are used as texts by the industry-standard Certified Equity Professional program at Santa Clara University. We also publish survey data and lists of companies with stock plans.
Meetings
Our meetings on equity compensation include our annual conference (which has sessions on the topic, including special pre-conference sessions), Webinar replays, and regular conference calls for NCEO members.
Training and Employee Surveys
We offer the CEP Institute Exam Prep Course for CEP students, plus our Equity Update course. We also can survey your company's employees to see how effective your plan is and whether it is being understood.
Speaking and Preliminary Consulting
While we are not a consulting organization in the sense that we do not set up or administer plans, we can provide speakers for a variety of employee ownership-related events as well as introductory consulting services for companies considering plans or looking to update them.
