Published quarterly (winter, spring, summer, and fall); softbound (usually about 125 pages long). $75 per year (four issues) for NCEO members, $100 per year for nonmembers. NCEO members subscribing for the first time can request a special introductory rate of $60 for the first year.

This is the only professional journal in the U.S. devoted to employee ownership. Published quarterly by the NCEO, the Journal contains a variety of stimulating articles exploring the legal, financial, and other issues surrounding employee ownership in a manner accessible to both the layperson and the specialist. Articles are written by leading authorities in the field and are subject to blind review by the distinguished panel of experts who make up the editorial board:
