Free Articles and Survey Materials
The following articles and survey materials are
provided at no charge. They are in PDF format and require Acrobat
Reader, which you probably already have installed. Several of these
materials were created by Ownership Associates, the consulting firm that
developed most of the survey resources now being offered by the NCEO. We will
continue to adapt survey-related materials from Ownership Associates and to
make many of them available at no charge here.
