Sample Results

For each survey item in your company's questionnaire, you will receive a one-page data chart with detailed information about your responses and how those responses compare with the benchmarking data. The charts are customized to your company, but the sample on this page is typical.

Basic Information

The first page of each data chart has the basic information about the items, including text, topic, and number. It also includes the average score for your company, for the database, and indicates whether that difference is statistically significant. In this sample, the cross (†) indicates that the difference is highly statistically significant. The chart also shows the practical difference between the company and database score.

Finally, the chart also shows the distribution of answers from "strongly disagree" to "strongly agree" for both the company (the blue bars) and the database (the red field).

Comparison Statistics

Another part of the feedback chart shows some basic descriptive statistics for both the company and the database.

Subgroup Charts

The last part of the data charts shows the differences among employee subgroups at your company. This example shows the average score for different tenure groups: the only group which is statistically significantly different than the other groups is the "12 + years" group.
