ESOP and Equity Compensation Continuing Education (CPE) Credits for Accountants

The Webinars and in-person meetings from the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO) offer continuing education credits for accountants on employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs) and all forms of equity compensation, including stock options, restricted stock and restricted stock units, phantom stock, stock appreciation rights (SARs), and employee stock purchase plans (ESPPs).

The number of credit hours and types of credit vary, so please check individual in-person meetings and Webinars for details.

The NCEO is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.learningmarket.org. The material is basic level. No prerequisites or advanced preparation is needed. For more information regarding administrative policies such as complaint and refund, please contact the NCEO at 510-208-1300.
