Beyster Institute Hosts ESOP Fiduciary Training Program

The Beyster Institute at UC San Diego will host its certificate program for non-professional ESOP fiduciaries on November 26 to 28 in La Jolla, California. Course content includes thorough reviews of the standards of fiduciary conduct applied to the many areas in which judgments will be required; in-depth exploration of the practical implications of those responsibilities; practice at implementing decision-making processes; and a full critique of performance in all areas. The program is part of the Beyster Institute's governance curriculum.
