Chad has been in the risk management industry for more than 15 years. He works as a risk management advocate for larger middle market organizations and serves as an advisor and coach to help clients improve their total risk performance. He is actively involved in providing clients with alternative risk financing options including captives as well as providing strategic advisory services to ESOP companies. Chad is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and currently lives in Nashville, TN.
The Graham Company
Kevin joined the Graham Company in 1999 and is a managing director and member of the ESOP plan committee. He is responsible for developing comprehensive insurance and risk management programs for new and existing clients. Kevin is frequent speaker and published author on key risk management issues, including complex property insurance, captives, loss mitigation, and contractual risk transfer. Smith graduated from Temple University with a degree in risk management. He also holds the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designations.
