David is chief executive officer of Prairie Capital Advisors. He provides closely held businesses with a complete understanding of the best available options for ownership transition. David expertly executes projects for mergers and acquisitions (M&A), management buyouts (MBO), and employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs). He holds an MBA in finance from Northwestern University's J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a BS from Indiana University.

Brian is an equity principal at Jackson Lewis P.C., and has represented ESOPs for more than 29 years. His practice concentrates on employee benefit compliance matters, self-correction when needed, IRS exams, and ERISA fiduciary counseling, with a particular focus on ESOP transactions by public and private companies, and representing plan sponsors, institutional fiduciaries, and other ESOP fiduciaries in every type of matter, including U.S. DOL investigations and related litigation. He designs and implements ESOP transactions (buy or sell), assists in the evolution of an ESOP within a company and is a proponent of employee ownership cultures and equity-based compensation.

Jason helps ESOP companies by developing a comprehensive ownership culture through proactive educational resources for all participants to improve their understanding of ESOPs' unique benefits. He is the chairman of the ESOP Association advisory committee on ownership culture and communications, and an officer of the Wisconsin ESOP Chapter for the membership committee and a member of the membership committee for the Minnesota & Dakotas ESOP Chapter. Jason is also a contributing author for the ESOP Association's ESOP Report on ownership advantage topics.
