He is a certified public accountant (CPA) as well as a qualified pension administrator (QPA). He works closely with plan sponsors, accountants, advisors, and legal counsel to provide guidance on ESOP plan design, repurchase obligation analysis, compliance, and operation.

For some time, her focus has been the employee stock ownership plan marketplace as a management consultant serving ESOP plan sponsors and their boards of directors throughout the United States. She is a nationally featured speaker and author concerning ESOPs. Lisa began her career at KPMG and is a graduate of Virginia Tech.
