Kevin, CPA, QPA, is a director at Blue Ridge ESOP Associates and has more than 23 years of experience providing administration and consulting advice to ESOP clients. He is a certified public accountant (CPA) as well as a qualified pension administrator (QPA). He works closely with plan sponsors, accountants, advisors, and legal counsel to provide guidance on ESOP plan design, repurchase obligation analysis, compliance, and operation.

Lisa J. Tilley, CPA, president of Lisa Tilley Consulting, LLC is a Virginia native, wife, mother, and grandmother. Lisa has a varied three-decade work history in Roanoke, VA including fifteen years in public accounting and a long run as a trust/compliance officer for an institutional trust company. For some time, her focus has been the employee stock ownership plan marketplace as a management consultant serving ESOP plan sponsors and their boards of directors throughout the United States. She is a nationally featured speaker and author concerning ESOPs. Lisa began her career at KPMG and is a graduate of Virginia Tech.
