Avoid Hotel Fraud
Almost three-quarters of conference organizers report that hotel scammers have approached their attendees. These "pirates" will claim to make a reservation on your behalf and take your credit card information, but you may find yourself without a room and out of pocket. The NCEO has not authorized anyone to contact sponsors and attendees about lodging, so if someone contacts you by phone or email or refers you a website to make "reservations," please forward the information to us. To make your hotel reservations at the Hotel Albuquerque or Hotel Chaco, use only the link or phone number supplied above or in our conference brochure
