This session will draw on the experience of experts in the field and company insiders sharing their tips about what works.
Participants will leave with an action-oriented framework for ownership culture and communications, examples of actual tools used by ESOP companies, and ideas for starting up (or revitalizing) a communications committee. This session will also cover stock valuation, one of the most commonly overlooked areas of ESOP education and an essential concept if people are going to understand the connection between what they do and the value they create.
