Jay has more than 30 years of experience with all aspects of qualified retirement plans with an emphasis on the implementation of leveraged employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs). Jay was previously a partner with Norton Rose Fulbright (formerly Fulbright & Jaworski) for 30 years before joining a Texas-based ERISA boutique, Wilkins Finston Friedman Law Group LLP in 2014. Jay's firm practices exclusively in the area of ERISA, executive compensation, governmental plans, and tax-exempt organizations.
