Richard leads the delivery of Chartwell's West Coast financial advisory and consulting services. He has worked with ESOPs and other retirement plans for over 25 years. Richard is a recognized authority in fiduciary compliance, corporate governance, ESOP transaction structure and execution, and other business issues involving capital planning for privately held companies. Richard is a frequent speaker at local, regional, and national ESOP conferences. He is an active member of the NCEO, The ESOP Association, and ESCA.
