Donald joined Web Industries in 1973 after attending the Florida Institute of Technology. With more than 45 years at Web, he has served as Manufacturing Supervisor, Plant Manager, General Manager, VP of Manufacturing, company president from 1991 – 2015, and CEO from 1995 – 2018. When an employee-owner of Web Industries, his main goal was to grow Web’s business while preserving the key company tenets of building healthy relationships, serving customers with excellence, and respecting the inherent worth of individuals. Under Mr. Romine’s leadership, Web transitioned into a 100% employee-owned corporation, empowered people to develop their full potential, and expanded the company’s capabilities to meet the high-tech needs of its business partners.

Loren joined the NCEO in 2005 and became its executive director in 2010. He writes extensively on employee ownership and has spoken at events around the world. Since entering the field in 1995 as a consultant, he has worked with hundreds of companies. His expertise includes ESOPs, equity compensation, best practices for employee ownership companies, research, effective communications, employee motivation, corporate governance, ESOP transactions and operations, and business literacy.

Adam is a cofounder at Emplify where he leads a team of engagement experts focusing on new business growth. Previously, he served as cofounder and VP of sales at Bluebridge Digital, which was divested in 2016 for $8 million. Adam has a master's degree in organizational communication from Ball State University, is a former musician, retired pastor, and aspiring comedian, and currently lives in Indiana with his wife and two sons.
