Jennifer works as a corporate re-constructionist proving that business can be done differently – purpose centered, mission-driven, and values powered using tenants of inclusive capitalism to attain success. Outside director for GISInc, EEI, and PFSbrands. Associations: founding partner of GRITT Business Coaching, cowriter with Fishes and Owls, Executive Fellow for the Rutgers Study of Employee Ownership and Profit Sharing, and Commissioner for Employee Ownership in Colorado. Contributor to the Beyster Institute with UCSD. 

Patrick has over 30 years of Open Book Management (OBM) experience. He is a second generation OBM practitioner. Most recently Patrick was the vice president for The Great Game of Business and is now the president of GRITT Business Coaching. Patrick has implemented business and financial literacy with 100+ clients including New Belgium Brewing, BP Alaska, Kiolbassa Sausage & Peterson Caterpillar.
