Jennifer works as a corporate re-constructionist proving that business can be done differently – purpose centered, mission-driven, and values powered using tenants of inclusive capitalism to attain success. Outside director for GISInc, EEI, and PFSbrands. Associations: founding partner of GRITT Business Coaching, cowriter with Fishes and Owls, Executive Fellow for the Rutgers Study of Employee Ownership and Profit Sharing, and Commissioner for Employee Ownership in Colorado. Contributor to the Beyster Institute with UCSD. 

Mr. Blaugher brings with him an exceptionally strong background in employee ownership.  Trained as a CPA, with a Master of Taxation degree, Kim has spent more than 30 years as a CPA and consultant in the ESOP field, the past 20 years of which have been with the Principal Financial Group, where he was a vice president and senior consultant, leading all of Principal’s ESOP consulting work in the western U.S. 

Kim is held in the highest regard by his professional peers in the ESOP field, as reflected by his role as chair of the Western ESOP Summit, an association of ESOP professional advisors.  He is by consensus a leading expert in ESOP transactions and ESOP administration.  Kim also is an active and highly respected contributor to the other leading associations in the ESOP field, including the National Center for Employee Ownership; the ESOP Association; and the Employee-Owned S Corporations of America.
