Jennifer works as a corporate re-constructionist proving that business can be done differently – purpose centered, mission-driven, and values powered using tenants of inclusive capitalism to attain success. Outside director for GISInc, EEI, and PFSbrands. Associations: founding partner of GRITT Business Coaching, cowriter with Fishes and Owls, Executive Fellow for the Rutgers Study of Employee Ownership and Profit Sharing, and Commissioner for Employee Ownership in Colorado. Contributor to the Beyster Institute with UCSD. 

Nicole, director of relationship marketing at Emplify, oversees the company’s partnership and event channels. Strategically minded and creatively inclined, she leads a dynamic team focused on attaining and growing new partner and customer relationships through meaningful brand experiences. She has built her career around a passion for employee engagement, and is an advocate for gender equality in the workplace, founding the internal Women of Emplify affinity group. She was named one of Indy's Most Pivotal Leaders in 2019.
