New NCEO Publication: The Year in ESOP Litigation

Since 1990, each August, the NCEO has published The ESOP and 401(k) Employer Stock Plan Litigation Review, adding new cases over the prior 12 months. The review provides very brief summaries of all the cases that have made it to court, classified by the issues that were raised.
