About This Meeting

A 100% ESOP-owned S corporation provides a substantial tax benefit, but that benefit comes with risk. Companies that fail to appropriately design and manage their ESOPs can find themselves facing massive penalties. This Webinar provides participants the knowledge they need to make sure to avoid those traps by steering clear of anti-abuse rules, remaining compliant with S corporation rules on classes of stock, and ensuring appropriate treatment of distributions.
