Avery is of counsel in the Cleveland, Ohio, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. and has 20+ years of practice experience. Along with being one of Jackson Lewis's senior ESOP practitioners, he has served as legal advisor for the retirement plan services area of two national banks and provided benefit counsel to other publicly and privately held companies, health service organizations, and tax-exempt entities. Avery also provides consulting services in regards to plan fiduciary issues, executive compensation plans, 401(k) plans, defined benefit pension plans, and 403(b) plans.

Dolores is a managing director at Blue Ridge ESOP Associates. She is a CPA, holds the QKA designation from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries, and has over 25 years of experience in providing administration and consulting services for ESOPs and 401(k) plans. She is a member of the NCEO, the ESOP Association, and ASPPA. She also serves on the ESOP Association's Advisory Committee on Administration.
