The ICA GroupCamille is associate director of The ICA Group, a nonprofit business consulting firm - established in 1977 - specializing in worker ownership. Previously, Camille worked at the Democracy at Work institute and the National Center for Employee Ownership. She writes and speaks frequently on ESOPs, worker cooperatives, democratic governance, platform cooperatives, and other topics related to alternative ownership structures. She earned a J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College Of Law, where she graduated cum laude.
