About This Meeting
We help business owners (ESOPs) get what they want out of their business by focusing on 3 things we call Vision, Traction and Healthy:
- Vision - getting leaders (and then the entire organization) 100% on the same page with where you are going and how you are going to get there.
- Traction - helping the organization to become more disciplined and accountable, executing really well to achieve that vision.
- Healthy - helping leaders to become a healthy, functional, cohesive team because unfortunately, leaders don't often function well as a team.
We do this by getting organizations 100% strong in 6 areas: Vision, People, Data, Issues, Process and Traction.
Alex helps organizations simplify, clarify and achieve their vision. He created ProfitWorks to help organizations by implementing The Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). Alex's background in sales, marketing, operations, finance, organizational development and IT, paired with a degree in psychology and an MBA, give him a holistic view of business and shape his passion for helping businesses succeed. In addition to his training and consulting work, he is a sought-after speaker and an NCEO board member.
