About This Meeting
This Webinar will bring you up-to-date on what we know about two aspects of ESOPs. First, we will look at their impact on corporate performance, employee financial security, and employee engagement. Second, we will use NCEO's proprietary research to give insight into what current practices ESOP companies are using and what changes they are considering on a wide variety of issues from governance issues (like board structure and ESOP trustees), distribution policies, financing repurchase obligations, executive compensation, and more. You will learn:
- If ESOPs really improve corporate performance?
- If ESOPs really improve employee retirement assets?
