She advises employee-owned companies and nonprofits with ownership culture development, strategic planning, and team and leadership development. She is a skilled facilitator, public speaker, and trainer. Linshuang is a member of the Ownership Culture Committee of the ESOP Association. She has served on the boards of the NCEO and the ESOP Association.
