About This Meeting

This Webinar will describe the impact on the ESOP's financial reporting and what the plan sponsor should expect to hear from their benefit plan auditor. It will be aimed at plans with more than 100 participants who are required to file audited financial statements with their annual Form 5500.

Becky's duties include tax, consulting, and financial reporting issues for employee benefit plans and their sponsors. Becky's first ESOP transaction was in 1976. She helped draft the accounting standard governing plan sponsor reporting of leveraged ESOPs and served on the AICPA committee which drafted the audit and accounting guidance for the ESOP itself.
