Dallan Guzinski is the Director of Culture and Engagement at the NCEO. As a step towards leveraging the significant benefits that employee ownership offers, he works closely with employee-owned companies to improve their communications, engagement, and leadership practices by gathering and responding to employee feedback from thousands of employee owners each year. Dallan is an avid speaker for the NCEO at public events on topics related to ownership culture and employee surveys. He is also an active contributor to NCEO meetings, publications, and webinars.
