Services include adequate consideration analyses, feasibility studies, transaction financing and restructuring, fairness and solvency opinions, post-transaction cash flow analyses, and annual valuations. Throughout his career, Andrew has worked with business enterprises ranging from closely held companies, private equity funds, public companies and in international markets with multi-lateral lenders and on privatization of state-owned enterprises.
