About This Meeting

The IRS now wants you to have a written distribution policy. It's a good idea anyway. A well-crafted policy will help you manage your repurchase obligation in a sustainable, equitable manner. In this Webinar, ESOP experts discuss what you need to have and what you should have in your policy.
