Barbara M. Clough
Barbara is a director at Newport Group in the firm's national ESOP administration and consulting practice. Barbara is responsible for client relations, training, mentoring, and managing the ESOP team as well as oversight of the administration and compliance for their ESOP business. Barbara holds a BS from the University of Massachusetts. She is chairwoman of the ESOP Association Administrative Advisory Committee; a member of the ESOP Association, NCEO, and ASPPA; and a frequent speaker and author.

Lynn is a partner at ESOP Law Group, LLP, where she focuses her practice on all aspects of ESOPs, including the design, implementation, and operation of ESOPs. Her practice includes company, trustee, and shareholder representation in a wide variety of ESOP transactions, including leveraged buyouts, corporate stock repurchases, ownership succession transactions, and corporate reorganizations. She has more than 20 years of employee benefits and ERISA experience and is a frequent speaker on ESOP topics for the NCEO, the ESOP Association, and various business organizations.
