Barbara is a director at Newport Group in the firm's national ESOP administration and consulting practice. Barbara is responsible for client relations, plan administration, and compliance for ESOP plan sponsors as well as client relations, training, mentoring, and managing the ESOP team. Barbara holds a BS from UMass. She is an NCEO board member, immediate past chairwoman of the ESOP Association's Administrative Advisory Committee, ASPPA credentialed, and a frequent speaker/author.

Lynn is a partner at ESOP Law Group, where she focuses her practice on all aspects of ESOPs, including their design, implementation, and operation. Her practice includes company, trustee, and shareholder representation in a wide variety of transactions, including leveraged buyouts, corporate stock repurchases, ownership succession transactions, and corporate reorganizations. Lynn received her law degree from Stanford Law School, and she has over 20 years of ERISA experience.
