Peter is a partner with ESOP PlusŪ: Schatz Brown Glassman LLP. Peter structures and implements business succession transactions throughout the US with an emphasis on ESOP transactions. He designs ESOP plans and advises ESOP companies with their continuing regulatory compliance. Peter is a member of the American Bar Association, the NCEO, and the ESOP Association. He is an adjunct professor at the Moritz College of Law at The Ohio State University and frequently speaks on matters pertaining to ESOPs.
Mike is the international customer service supervisor for Restek Corporation and has 12 plus years of Restek service. He has 5 years of experience as an elected internal ESOP trustee and has served an active role with their Employee Owners Communication Team for 9 plus years. Mike is currently the VP of Government Affairs for the PA/DE chapter of The ESOP Association (TEA) and he won the 2012 and 2015 PA/DE ESOP Association Employee Owner of the Year awards. He also was the recipient of TEA 2016 Outstanding Chapter Officer Award. Mike graduated with the Highest Award for Achievement from Dale Carnegie Course Training. Mike has an associate in specialized business management & marketing degree from South Hills School of Business & Technology located in State College, PA.
